Meet Dr. Rob Moser

Some people walk in feeling sore, frustrated, and honestly tired of being told to “just live with it.” Dr. Rob Moser has a soft spot for those patients, the ones who feel like they’re out of options. He loves helping people regain their hope, step by step, visit by visit. Not with hype, just with a calm plan and a steady hand.
A Gentle Style, Clear Communication
New patients often notice Dr. Rob’s easygoing energy right away. His communication is simple and direct, and his adjusting style reflects that same gentle approach. And yes, the mustache gets comments, too—some people swear he looks like a volunteer firefighter. He just laughs and keeps the visit moving and focused on you.
From Football Injuries to Chiropractic Care
Dr. Rob’s path into chiropractic started with sports. While playing football, he sustained repeated injuries that often cut his season short. Knee braces, caution, disappointment; just rinse and repeat. Chiropractic care ended up being a turning point for him, and it’s the reason he chose this profession in the first place. As he puts it, “I know what it feels like to think your body is holding you back, and then realize you still have options.”
Education and Professional Focus
Dr. Rob earned his Doctor of Chiropractic degree at Palmer College of Chiropractic (Main Campus), where he built strong relationships with peers and mentors, including through fraternity life. Today, he brings that same team-minded attitude into the office, collaborating, listening, and staying curious about what might be driving your discomfort.
He’s also Dry Needling Certified, which can be a helpful option for tight muscles and trigger points when it fits your care plan.
Life in and Around Concord
Outside the clinic, you’ll usually find Dr. Rob in the gym, on the golf course, or outdoors with his two dogs, Millie and Fara. He grew up in a small town in North Dakota, met his future wife there, then moved to Iowa for school before settling in North Carolina, a path that makes him appreciate community wherever he lands, including Concord.
