Meet Dr. Sean Cooper

You can learn a lot about a chiropractor in the first few minutes, not just how they talk, but how they listen. Dr. Sean Cooper is known for a down-to-earth style and a practical mindset. People often describe him as a “figure-it-out” kind of doctor, someone who can connect the dots when aches, stiffness, or movement limits are getting in the way of real life.
Starting First with Movement
Before chiropractic school, Dr. Sean studied Exercise Science at UNC Charlotte. That background still shows up in the way he thinks: how your joints move, how your muscles fire, and what everyday habits might be feeding the problem (hello, desk posture and weekend projects). He earned his Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Palmer College of Chiropractic in Florida, graduating in December 2020, and he’s kept his focus on the mechanics of the body ever since.
A Problem-Solver’s Approach to Musculoskeletal Pain
Dr. Sean’s goal is simple: help you move better so your day feels easier. That might mean looking beyond the “spot that hurts” and paying attention to patterns, such as how your hips affect your low back or how shoulder tension can creep up into headaches. He’s also studied systemic inflammation and epigenetics, which shape his discussions on lifestyle choices, food, stress, sleep, and how small changes can add up over time.
